I brought back a Teddy Ruxpin still in the box never opened. I did not have a receipt but it was bought right before Halloween. The customer service manager, Sheila, at the Amite, LA, location would not give me an exchange because she said the item " cost more than $50 and she cannot refund or exchange because Wal-Mart will not allow her to. ". I have not read that anywhere, not even on line. All I wanted was to exchange it! What is the real policy?
