You need to inform your employees of your return policies at the service desk. I was told when I purchased 2 items for Christmas gifts in Sept. that they could be returned or exchanged if not wanted. I found out they already got them and so I want to return them. They told me 30 days return policy when I called. Now what will I do with 2 electric throws. M
