I have bought 2 headsets within the last 4 days because they have both been broken straight out of the box. The first one was a wired one and I bought the warranty on it. After purchasing within a few hours i noticed a speaker was out and I returned it to be told i should purchase the more expensive one because it's better. He rings me up and asks me if I want the warranty that Is another 20 dollars. And yet again, I open it up and this time it doesnt even turn on. Why should my 20$ warranty be used up on some crap that was broken in the box. I just want my money back and so I can purchase a product elsewhere.
