I was at Marshall's and found a pair of Adidas sneakers the last size 8 1/2 women's however there was no price tag on the box even though the sign above stated $39.99. Upon check out the cashier had to print some sort of sticky tags and I paid 3999 however once I was home and wear them around the house for an hour which I always do with shoes I realize they were hurting right angles and within a week I return them or tempted to at least at the very same store. Well there seem to be a problem they said that this tag along with the receipt showing that I paid for them within five days was not the tag to be exact item and therefore they would not return them not only were they not return them they would not give me store credit this is the manager I don't understand how this is possible I clearly did not print out the tag and she even admitted it looks like the tags they print out when an item is missing a tag or something of the sort, so what could I do? This is the manager after all. It is not my fault that the cashier initially printed out a wrong ticket and stuck it to the box. Now I am stuck with a pair of sneakers and a loss of 39.99 plus tax. It is now far past the 30 day limit were but I can I get cash back I even tried taking them to a differentl marshals and they treated the issue the same saying try taking it back to the original store. (Where I obviously did as stated above). This really is insulting and I don't know what to do. Any advice? This Took Pl., Sept 2018 it is now November 2018. The store was the Marshall's brick store in brick NJ. Pls if you have any advice to resolve this by all means do contact me if you would at se312t at gmail dot com. Thanks, stephanie
