So.. I purchased a "new" XBOX 1 title.. *though the case I pulled off the shelf.. was the actual game case since they needed to open up the game.. to display it. So.. it was the last copy they had.. It was new?? but opened. They put a cute lil sticker over the opening of the case.. and called it new.. when they sold it to me. After purchasing the game on a Friday afternoon.. I realized I didn't like the game. I went back to return it *2 days later with recipt.. hoping to put the balance on another game I had on pre-order.. but... because it was a "new" game.. if I were to return it.. I was told they would only give me 17.00 towards my refund.. WoW... For the return policy.. I did find where it said.. "If a new item doesn't meet your satisfaction, it can be returned in the original packaging (including any manuals, cables or accessories in working, sellable condition). GameStop reserves the right to refuse return on any opened or defective products." Well... they reserved their right to %#@& me over!
