I was literally just told that if I open a brand new product and it doesn't work, they will not take it back if I did not purchase their additional "warranty". I am pretty sure that is in direct violation of their own return policy and I should not have to pay extra money on a brand new product on the off chance it is defective out of the box. I will be buying games from other sources from now on.
