In our southeast Fresno Walmart, my daughter tried to return OR exchange her full air mattress. After only one day. She would have been happy to exchange it if a refund or store credit was not possible. She was told that there are absolutely no refunds, exchanges etc.with any purchases of all their air mattresses. She even requested a manager to speak to. This person stated that there was nothing they could do for her. Also she was told by employees that there are signs clearly posted on the air mattresse aisle. I was with her only at the time of purchase and we had trouble finding any choices besides a 169.00 Queen, a 30.00 queen and a few 89.00 full size. She chose the full size and now can't exchange or get store credit. Like I mentioned before, she would have been glad to exchange for another and pay the difference if need be. But THIS store has a firm policy of NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ETC. She and I scoured the air mattress section to find a mattress she felt would work and we did not see a sign clearly posted at the air mattress shelf. Whether there was a sign or not, I googled the Wal-mart policy and it CLEARLY is not the same policy at the Southeast Fresno Walmart. I feel because of the location of this Walnart, customers there are subject to a different Walmart than another part of town. We shop Walmart all over Fresno & Clovis area and felt very much like a number not a customer. Never recommending anyone shop at this store again unless absolutely necessary. 6:20 pm.Oct.7 2018
