My experience was awful and it made my son cry out of frustration. He had bought a Xbox card but instead of buying a gift card he bought a three month subscription. The card was not scratched off and only ten minutes had passed before we were able to make it back we love across the street. The key holder would do nothing stating the company had strict policies about card of this sort. I call BS just plain lazy we had a receipt and all we needed was an exchange to the type that was a gift card.the kid was untrained and unskilled at customer service and actually lazy and had a I don't really care attitude. This is sad and I feel it is a big problem not just in game stop but In most people the idgaf attitude is disturbing. I mean a kid saved his money went so happy to buy it then was shattered because he made a mistake. All I know is the store on 67 ave in miami florida has a terribly unmotivated person as a key holder! He worked there night shift on September 28 2018. Shame on you for not looking up return policies as I asked you to do we had a receipt and the card wasn't scratched off! You never bothered to look anything up!! Smh
