I'm sorry, but this really has nothing to do with the return policy. You guys should really be more careful with your technology. No crap GameStop isn't going to refund a purchase when it was ruined because of you guys. Don't get mad at the company for not accepting an Xbox 1 with cheese shoved into the disc slot. Now some of these stories I get, but just comeback a few hours later when that person leaves, don't stop shopping here. I personally have never had a bad experience, if I was misinformed they told me the truth, there were two employees that even told me not to buy something. That being a $80 Xbox (it either has no hard drive or close to it) and a cheap controller. (I was young and on a tight budget) Instead of shoving it into my face and taking my money they informed me about the product and helped me make a more educated choice.
