Also, I forgot to tell you, that even if the items aren't fulfilled, they are still printed on the invoice and included in your email, listed as shipped. This isn't accurate and I think it benefits them because they could say it was shipped when it really wasn't. The other thing is they break up your shipment into 2 or 3 packages, and often the invoice is included with only one of those packages. It's confusing. When they include an apology note saying some items can't be fulfilled, they don't even list which items specifically weren't sent. So you don't know what they really sent you and/or if you have some package misdelivered somewhere. Tracking number means nothing if the items weren't even in the envelope/box to begin with.
