Placed order on 05/26/18, with delivery on 6/12/18, cancelled order on 06/04, as customer didn't want to wait that long. So went to Ikea store in Orlando and modified renovation. I have spent more than 4 hours on hold attempting to get a 148.00 refund beginning on 6/6/18 and continuing until today, 7/2/18. Been on hold for "supervisors" multiple times. I realize 148.00 is not a lot of money, but it is the lack and care of customer service that is beyond my understanding. I've spent nearly 12,000.00 on Ikea products for our small interior design company. But, based on this experience, and lack of support, I no longer trust Ikea, which, I recommended Ikea to soooooo many people, inspite of the drive. I will take my small business elsewhere. Also, as a footnote, I'm still on hold as I write.
