I've spent over 16 hours on the phone will Ikea trying to get a refund for a cancelled order! With every phone call I get different answers,but never the refund I'm requesting. Ikea blames the shipping company,called them several times and they are just as clueless. Bottom line, Ikea has my money,I have no product! Sounds like Ikea is running a really good scam and getting away with it! No other company I've ever done business with has treated me like this. This is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Why they can't simply refund my money in a timely manner is completely beyond any logic I can think of. However, I'm going to keep fighting for my lousy $188.because it's just wrong to treat your customers this way! Please do not do business with Ikea, don't let them scam you out of your hard earned money!
