Just bought a remote drone for my son. As we stepped out the edit door, my wife noticed I had bought the wrong one. We had compared two different model drones- by the same makers , so both boxes looked similar. I immediately went back inside and spoke with the cashier. She called over another worker ( manager was " here, but not in the office", who immediately began to tell me all sales were final and that I couldn't trade, exchange it at all. Said as soon as "I realized it was the wrong one then I should know that all sales are final". Cashier even told him that I had just stepped out and then walked right back in. I even agreed to exchange it and buy another items to make up for the price difference. But he wouldn't have any of it. Pretty much he said it was my " responsibility to know better". Wow.
