I placed an order online and cancelled the next day because I decided to pick up instead of use delivery. Nearly 2 month's later I'm still wAiting on my $600+ refund! I've called multiple times and, after waiting on hold for over an hour, am alwYs told that it's being processed. The first person told me it would be 3-5 days. The second said 7-14. I'd say 2 months is ample time to process a refund of the money they do quickly too from me! I just want to know how to get my money back.
