PLEASE READERS HELP ME. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I have never felt pained like i do right now.<br /> <br /> It all started with buying my Samsung 7edge+ rose Gold had 4repairs in 6months no replacement even after the sales rep examined and confirmed that the phone has fault, he was fast to add that I should organize a pickup at home, claims its faster and better for me. ( only a physically challenged person will understand, the stress of going to shop A and shop B)<br /> <br /> Samsung customer service made things worst, rude set of people.<br /> <br /> I decided upgrade and bought S8+black from Argos and during my #unbox brand new phone....<br /> <br /> 1) I got a broken sim plate in a brand new phone<br /> <br /> 2) when charging the phone, you keep hearing the connection bleep and I also realise even if you plug the phone for 100days, it will never say battery full.<br /> <br /> 3) i was asked to switch off, reset, and if not they will arrange pick up and repair.... what for a brand new phone that has physical errors .... <br /> <br /> Initially, I thought since its a FACTORY damaged/ error i should get it replaced but I was wrong because Agos refused to take responsibility instead gave me a number to followup with samsung and almighty Samsung said they can only repair.<br /> <br /> Repair what i never enjoyed, &quot;a brand new phone&quot; already tempared with and did i tell you Samsung has the worst customer service and once they have your money you are not Relevant again.<br /> <br /> Trutpilot what next<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Did i tell you this people are Already calling, texting me to come and buy S9+.
