Ordered a shelf for a friend of mine, but realized it was the wrong one I ordered. So I canceled the order online right away. I got a message back saying it takes up to 48 for Avon to process the request. Avon send the order out anyway. So I called and was informed that no matter how you cancel your order, e-mail or phone Avon DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDGE the cancelation. So now I'm stuck with a return fee.
