I'm am Avon rep for a few years now and I can only say that I make a decent part time income with it because that's all the work I put in. Yes, you have to buy supplies and pay for shipping, but there is one free return per month so whoever is charging customers for returns, they can charge them only a small inconvenience fee because they have to go back and change all the paperwork that might've been filled already for the past month and gas and mileage and such but not nearly $15 or whatever. Policy is 100% refund on anything for 90 from purchase date, and if it's a cream or anything in a container like make up them will tell you not to ship it back, (they usually tell rep to collect it it and ship it) but if you bought it online for example, they would just issue a refund now questions asked. I never had any problems with this and was just stunned to read all these comments on here. If anyone needs any help, I wish I could help you guys. All the best luck!<br /> Avon.con/virtue
