Today is Oct.2, 2016. I bought a pair of sandals on Sep.12 which is 20 days ago. A lot of beads on sandals fell off in two weeks and I went to the store to ask for return. The employee told me store return policy would not accept wore merchandise return and exchange. I finally saw the manager and she repeated the same thing to me. I am totally Okay with the result.<br /> <br /> What I am not satisfied is that this manager doesn't show any apologize for offering so poor quality shoes for her customer. At least, she should say she is sorry. <br /> <br /> I am very unhappy for her attitude and the way she talked. This is the worst manager I ever experienced in service industry.<br /> <br /> Located in: Carmel Mountain Plaza
