Avon built it's company on Customer Service. Making it easy for people to purchase items and return them. I have been purchasing from them for over 15 years. Today was my last! While I love the products so much - I do not love the $15.00 I just paid to return some items. I usually don't return items - so I thought the return label was postage paid - oh no! $15.00 because you have to return it in the original box no less. Another thing - I have purchased items for almost 3 years from my "Avon Lady". Whatever happened to Thank you for purchasing from me or a Customer Appreciation gift - anything. I would not be surprised to hear that Avon is losing repeat customers right and left. Just because you go to a computer generated purchase and return system, etc. doesn't mean that a thank you isn't in order from your "Avon person". I never hear anything. I'm making that person money. Part of the reason I buy Avon is to give a hands up to another person - I like that. Training should be in order that you cannot keep your customers if you pay NO attention to them whatsoever. All I get are computer generated emails. So sadly - I can get this experience in any store I walk into to purchase the same kinds of things. I will miss ordering from Avon. I enjoyed the products.
