I agree with the lady's comments on March 17. Many of you know nothing about running a business. Yes,this is your business I have been a representative for 34 years and have many customers who have been with me the whole time. I have had no problems in returns or replacements of items. When I call I can communicate with the people helping with any problem I have had, which have been very few in all my years and my customers LOVE AVON and their prices. I have few returns. You have to work your business like any one else does who owns a business and yes you have to pay for returns to be shipped back by YOUR CUSTOMERS. You write it off at the end of the year when you do your income taxes, just like everyone else does who owns a business. I think the ones complaining are people who don't know how to run a business or maybe are just not smart enough. Maybe you need to find another job where they can babysit you. Hard work pays off!!!! I have paid for many things with the money I've earned and yes it's from that money you say you can't make. Avon has been around for 128 years. If it was so bad they would not have survived. Please don't listen to the negative complaints below. These few people just don't understand how things work.
