I had an opposite experience from the negative ones I see here. I was supposed to fly out this morning and became overwhelmingly faint and sick to my stomach. For my safety and everyone elses, I chose not to board. The agent gave me a number to a supervisor and that supervisor set me up for a flight out tomorrow. The supervisor said that the airline must reissue the ticket so that I am not charged fees that would be applied if she issued it over the phone. She found a flight, noted my profile and gave me well wishes to feel better. Excellent customer service thus far. We will see what happens when I walk up to the counter and ask for the tickets.
