Absolute nightmare of a company. Spent 1.5 hours and six phone calls trying to get someone to agree to a change for a flight. Staff did not inform me that I should have contacted the airline direct. Some staff in Bangalore call centre struggle with fluent English and there is a total lack of empathy for change in circumstances. Lost &amp;#163;501. <br /> Emailed their CEO - no reply. Tried using Twitter message - no reply. Emailed their customer support - no reply.<br /> DO NOT USE EXPEDIA unless you want to risk losing your money.
