I just spent 40 minutes at least with Pablo Hernndez who states the only way to get a refund is applying online. Let me first tell you that part of my flight was CANCELLED by the airlines not by me, shouldn't that be an automatic refund, why should I have to request my money back???<br /> lets not forget Ms Bonnie at ORBITZ, apparently all anyone can do is take your money but when something goes wrong you got to do all the work and call everyone and their brother yourself.<br /> I think I will be making all my arrangements in the future myself so if theres an error it will be MINE at least.
