QVC Return Policy

QVC understands that items may not be exactly how you wanted them to be. They will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus the return shipping fee (if the return is due to a QVC error, the return shipping charge is waived). Purchases are subject to their General Terms and Condition of Use.

If you find yourself in need of returning a product bought from QVC, simply complete the return form of the packing slip that was included with your item. Don’t forget to include the reason for your return and if you prefer a refund or an exchange. Be sure to pack all items in the original packaging. If you lost the Q Return Label, a new one can be printed by logging in and accessing your Order Status. The original shipping labels should be cleared away and the Q Return Label should be attached. Should you choose to use a different shipping carrier, you must select ground shipping and insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. Always keep a copy of the shipping slip for your records.

QVC is nothing but a pocket book stealer from the elderly! They show things larger then what they are when you receive them. Wether it be jewelry or products to use around the house, end up sending them back and end up paying more for shipping then the item is worth!

Just bought something on QVC that looked so cute. You could not tell the quality of the fabric. It is thin and wrinkly. I paid $142.00 for something that looks like a pair of $30 pajamas. I want to return them but they will not refund the shipping fees either way. I spoke with QVC on the phone but they said they made "no exceptions". I will end up paying $14.00 just to try something on. What a rip!!!!!! Amazon is my friend. Goodbye QVC. Bad customer service. The phone call was a joke. Did not give a darn one way or the other if I was satisfied. Blech

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings from QVC. They were thick and uncomfortable. They arrived in 2 different packages. I also ordered a pair of shoes that looked cute on TV, but not on me. I sent all 3 items back for returns the following day, using their return shipping label. I received an email stating that my PayPal was charged $6.95. I called to find out why money is still being taken out of my PayPal account, since the items were returned. I was told that not only was I charged $6.95 per item to return, but also I am charged for the shipping to me. So in other words, I am being charged ~ $14 per item! That is $42 total for shipping. Lesson learned...Burn me once, Shame on you! Burn me twice, Shame on me! I will stay with Amazon. I WILL NEVER SHOP QVC AGAIN! DO NOT SHOP WITH QVC! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Disappointing! I Don't know why I trusted that I'd be getting what I ordered. I guess I'm used to Amazon Prime and didn't see the risk. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM QVC AGAIN! The Power Duo Nutrisealer is a piece of crap and NOT what it looked like on tv. To return this, I am expected to pay the shipping. Now-a-day that's just not worth the RISK. I was fooled once... and hope this saves you the loss.

I ordered and purchased rose gold stackable rings as a Christmas gift. I called the very same day (the same day I made the order) to change the ring size and they told me I could not change the size as the order had already been processed. Their is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY the order had already been processed the same flipping day. It took over a week to even ship. Over 2 weeks to deliver. They told me I could return the product when received and exchanged for the bigger size. How does that make any f%*# sense? $60 down the drain because the ring is too small and too cheap looking to even try and resell. I was a first time customer and definitely not coming back. I'll stick to Amazon from now on.

I have ordered from aqVC many times and never had any issues until this past Christmas (2021). I ordered 4 different items at the same time. My total came up on amount due for 1st payment (I was doing easy pay) and I was ok with the amount so I proceeded with the order. Next day my bank account was hit with 4 different charges from QVC, and they totaled more than what my single total showed at time of ordering. I contacted customer service and told them I wanted to cancel cause the amounts are not correct. I was informed I couldn't cancel, but could return for full refund. So once I got the items I returned them. 3 weeks later I was still waiting for refund though they had the merchandise. Then I got the refunds only to be charged for 2nd easy pay payment. I was more than upset. I contacted customer service again and I'm now waiting for refund of those charges. I have removed all forms of payment I had on my account. But QVC takes your banking info and puts it in their files, for im now being charged return fees. With no notice that they are taking out of my account. Thus they have messed me up on paying other bills for QVC keeps taking money from my account without my permission. I have told them several times not to take anymore money , do not use my card, and I revoke any rights to using my card or bank to any charges without contacting me first. And they still keep withdrawing money. Refunds added to my account...no, just more and more withdrawals without notifying me in advance. QVC is a crooked company.

I returned an item because it was too big. I was well within the 30 days. I realize I wouldn't get my shipping back, but I did not expect to be charged $6.95 for processing the return AFTER my account was credited. I can't find this charge on their return policy. I will never order from them again'

I bought a hot hair brush it is outside of the 30 day window the brush burnt the top of my hair I can't in good concise pay for this item. It's cost me money to repair my hair. It got fire red hot were you could see it. Nothing there to protect hair. I have very thin hair so if it over heated it's not from thick hair. I enjoy buying from QVC snd certainly hope it can be worked out. I just want my money refunded for item. I sent it back completely packed the way I received it. Someone should plug it in and see what it's doing. I will hold judgment till I know the outcome. I too hate those return shipping fee obviously it's a money making system for them I can't help but wonder if it's legal to even charge customers that shop a lot and have good reason to send a item back. Maybe that's a question for the BBB
No company is above a law suit for illegally charging customers. BBB is required to look into a complaint.

I received an Airfryer as a gift, it was received damaged. In order to get it fixed/replaced you are asking me to pay shipping to return the product, well, thats gonna cost me 80.00 so this "gift" is no longer a gift but a burden. My husband and I order tons of stuff on line and have NEVER had to pay to return a damaged item this is absolutely ridiculous and we will not be using or recommending you EVER for service.

Also will never order from QVC again, if there is no store to return to I should not have to pay for a $6.95 fee. With all the ways to order online now you would think they would remove this policy, but again with all those other options that do not charge a fee, that is where I will be shopping, and advising everyone I can as well.

I agree with latest comment. Purchased an item, it was not what I wanted (too small), now I will have to decide whether to keep it or return the product. If I return it, it will cost me shipping, handling, and Q-Return fees. With taxes and shipping, the item cost $22.53 - I think it might be best to forget returning it and take my losses. NO MORE QVC PURCHASES.

QVC are very naughty. They charge over the top postage prices on sending and if you want say 3 order 3 items that is 3 lots of postage. If they are not of good quality then they go back but they are asking you to pay extra for security. QVC it is time you caught up with the rest of online shopping. H&M don't charge customers delivery or returns. You are expected to pay out of your own money and then wait for weeks to get it back. WE NEED TO STOP BUYING FROM QVC AND TELLING THEM WHY. A few years ago they had to refund customers as they didn't refund the postage one way which they had kept and had done that for years.

You Pay a shipping fee to get a product and the product stinks, you then HAVE to pay the return Shipping of $83.00, THAT REALLY STINKS.... Never ever order from QVC. You Need to be More Like Amazon, you might get more orders.

I am trying to return 2 pair of shoes which arrived with no paperwork in the box. Neither pair fit. The tracking # is on the outside. I peeled it off as instructed. The third page is no where to be found.
Then I was directed to a site called just answer. They required my credit card # to charge a returnable $1.00 fee to answer my questions.
After a brief conversation the woman said they were not associated with QVC and did not even have their phone number.
Now I will spend more time(which I don't have) searching for a way to return this package.
Why can't they just make it simple and easy for busy folks.

I ordered 2 halo phone chargers that really were not anything extraordinary-took too long to charge. 20 days after returning them, i noticed I was being billed for them as they were on some sort of a payment plan that I was not aware I signed up for. Long story short, i had Paypal stop the payments and filed a complaint to hv all charges refunded!

To be competitve in this marketplace these days, QVC needs to clean up their act. Refunds shlld be made quicker. It's obvious that the whole process is a bit shady!

I will not be a repeat customer...too much of a hassle!!!

I ordered a set of temptations baking dishes and they had jagged bumps all over the bottom of the bakeware. In my mind they were defective and why should I pay to return them? I was afraid to exchange them because if they had defects the second time I would lose more money sending them back. Who wants a product that has defects? Will not be ordering from QVC. I like to see what I am purchasing and be able to return it without paying s/h if there is a problem.

I bought the mally foundation sticks had to return them thay and on my skin turn in to one big pimple paid 35.00 dollars and got 10.⁰0 back I would say there is something wrong with this used there label what a ripe off.

I ordered two pod rocking chairs on November 30, 2019. They finally arrived a week before Christmas just in time. I wrapped them and gave them as a present. They were NOT the color I ordered. I have been trying to return them for a refund since Jan. 6th, but QVC refuses to send me two Q labels. They keep sending me emails saying the Q labels are attached but there's no attachment. I called customer service, six times between Jan 6th and Feb. 1st and wrote over 12 emails and they still refuse to send me Q labels. This is a very shady operation and I am contacting the attorney general about their methods.

I purchased some "fabulous wonder IT makeup" from QVC. It showed up and the colors were hideous. I'm not sure if the product was "old" or had not been stored properly but I carefully repackage and returned (NOT EVEN USING THE HIGH DOLLAR BRUSHES THEY "INCLUDED" WITH THE BONUS PURCHASE.). I never received a refund and they are STILL taking $47 a month out of my account. I called them and they said they haven't received my return. Now, how about that. So you are keeping my product and my money. NEVER AGAIN.

Bought a "Will and Trust" kit. Was billed $93. It never showed up. I called QVC. They had the date it went out, the date it was delivered (????) and the date I supposedly returned it to them. They refunded me only $79. I will not be doing business with QVC again.

I am a LONG time QVC shopper and recently found out that they basically steal from you on returns. They always say "buy it" "try it" if you don't like it then return it!!! That is a LIE! They have hidden charges and only return a small portion of what you paid. I got charges 2 times for the same shipping charge and they told me that was POLICY.
I cannot even go on...I am just so disappointed in QVC and will NOT be buying products from them anymore. 10+ years. I suggest that you change your return policy and stop stealing $ from your customers on returns.

Your return policy states opposite of what I was charged for a recent return on shipping and handling. I called customer service and they verified that your written return policy was a LIE. After many years of buying from you you just lost a customer.

I too am a very, very long time customer of QVC. I don't normally buy on a regular basis. Just when I need something or want some jewelry. I recently purchased a diamond bracelet a few earrings. I used easy pay on these since it just pops up on there now when you go to quick checkout. I went to check on my orders and I found my account was gone? I created another since I thought my pc was not letting me access it. I bought a pr of earrings on the new account. I called the next day and was told that my account was closed and my items were all cancelled. They said I owed them money??? My husband and I built this house new 8 yrs ago and we are the only ones who occupied it. So, there is no way that anyone other than us ordered anything from them.
All easy pays were always paid on time so I am not sure how they can accuse me of not paying. I did have many items in my cart and then save for later or wish list. I didn't know that you cannot put items in your cart and change your mind.
Anyway, I had 4 items cancelled that I had paid for already. They did refund one for $7.95 but the ones over 100.00 have yet to be refunded. Looks to me like they created a problem and took my money! The items were paid for??? Why cancel and not refund my money? Seems like a scam from China to me.
We have an attorney and I do hope he can get our money back.

My first time ordering with QVC. I thought that what they showed about the Westmore Beauty Body Coverage Perfector was so Amazing and wanted it for dark spots on hands, etc. I tried it and it made me look like the makeup they use on dead bodies. Also, it just made the veins in your hands look worse and mine weren't that bad to begin with.
So since I paid them 37.50 for it and the shipping fee was only 3.50. I expected at least 30 bucks back. Nope, just like the others said 4.25. I feel like they picked my pockets!F
I purchase online all the time and I know others won't because of returns. But everyone I use has the pkg that is reusable and then they exchange promptly or refund my money close to price of purchase. I won't even watch QVC because this body coverage was no good at all.

Very Disappointed with the return policy. I have bought many items from QVC before. I recently bought a dress for $29. A dress I have in a different color. But this new dress was not the same quality as the first. When I returned the dress, I was refunded only $4.25. I can not understand how it would cost us $25 to ship.

I really don't understand a lot of these negative comments. Based on my approx. 30 years of buying from QVC, I have NEVER had them not refund the FULL cost for a defective item, INCLUDING the shipping! I have NEVER had them charge anymore shipping other than the original shipping charge plus whatever it cost me to ship the item back. The have NEVER doubled up the charges! The have ALWAYS issued my refunds once they received my return, usually within one day. If I had misplaced the return label, all I did was go to my account and print one out. I can't help but to call out some of these blatant LIES! One more thing, on MANY items, it's cheaper to use the return your way label! Yes, it is true that they will put your account on hold for too many returns, I would expect nothing less. If you don't like QVC, then just stop buying from them. To go to a site and trash them with LIES is just wrong. Makes me hope that maybe THEY have recourse against YOU, since you are trying to damage their business with false claims!

Hi...I just saw my account activity and see that I received less than $5.00 for a returned item that cost me 29.00. Interestingly. You get charged shipping and handling twice plus whatever the label to ship back, even if you mail several items together. I'm closing my account....and by the way, ABC just bought HSN so expect the same deceptive practice. I think a class action lawsuit for deceptive practices would be in order. I'm going to see if there is a written policy regarding this practice, if not, then it would seem that a class action lawsuit may fly.

I will never purchase anything from QVC again. I purchased a gift for my aunt from my mother and her sisters. My aunt returned it. QVC refunded me 45% of the total purchase amount. Return shipping price was twice the amount I paid initially.

I am just stupid but I didn't realize that when you return a product that QVC charges you again for the return shipping charge plus the $6.95 return label charge. That means they charge you to ship it, charge you the same amount to ship back plus the $6.95 return label charge. I guess I missed the part about charging you the same amount to shlip as to return. So one item, because it didn't fit, would cost you $3.50 + $3.50 + $6.95. Just didn't realize it!

I purchased it Cosmetics lip pencil and lipstick. It is suppose to be long wear and waterproof. It is not!!! Since the 30 days has passed I could not send it back. I was in the hospital with my father during the last 2 week the 30 days came up. It comes of with in 2 hours of wear.

I have been a QVC customer for many years, at least 10 perhaps more. Everything I have purchased was good quality. I usually buy items offered by Linea By Louis Dell'Olio, Dooney and Bourke and occasional an item by Dennis Basso. I purchased a little more in October, November and December of 2018 and unfortunately I returned several items, due to wrong size or just didn't care for the way it looked on me. I have always trusted QVC and cannot ever remember not getting my refunds. But, I applied for a QVC card and returned about 10 items and about 6 items on my debit card. I usually check my bill and debit closely to make sure things are correct, but with an aging parent it took me a little longer to go over my bill and bank statement. It has been several months and QVC shows giving me a refund, but THEY HAVE NOT. On my QVC bill they gave me pennies instead of dollars....and on my debit card they have refunded nothing. I am not talking about $20.00 or $50.00, I am talking about several hundred dollars. It has taken me three days to check and double check.......QVC is being deceitful. I feel like they notice I said nothing or didn't catch their not giving me my refund....so they didn't issue any. I will be contacting Synchrony Bank first, I am sure with the proof, they will have to investigate it.....as I consider it being fraud on QVC's part. I strongly suggest, QVC shoppers keep a close check on purchases and refunds. I truly never thought this would happen with a great shopping channel like QVC, But GREED comes in all places.

I have purchased from Qvc for six years. I also started receiving letters from them telling them I was returning to many things. So then I started rethinking my decisions and canceling things. Then I received a letter saying I was canceling too many things. Then I started putting things on a check order and if I wasn't absolutely sure I would keep them I would cancel it. Then I received a letter saying they were no longer hold anything for me and a check order. The thing I don't understand as the fraudulent way their horse say on a daily basis you can return anything within 30 days anytime no questions asked. To me that is fraud. It is almost like bait and switch. You can advertise on a daily basis that you can return anything within 30 days no questions asked for any reason. Then they start sending you letters are returning too much, so you rethink your decisions then you're canceling too much, then they continue to advertise on TV that you can return anything for any reason. I am seeing a lot of comments lately about customer is getting letters from Qvc like this. They have to know that buying things on TV is much harder than buying things when you can actually see him try them on. I hope someone at Qvc fix this! Other acquaintances of mine then also shop there starting to think this is wrong as well.

I returned four items to QVC... I received an email confirmation stating I will be receiving a refund... Well that was over 3 weeks ago... I called my bank to double check ( payment method was a debit card) and there is No sign of the return... I called QVC and they assured me that I was properly rcrddited... I called again with my bank on the line... He told the QVC representative there wasn't any credits regarding QVC.. She said she would se d it to the finance department... that was a week ago... Still No refund... I literally called today and was told the finance department insist that I received my refund.. I called my bank , again, no sign of a refund... I am very disappointed in QVC.. if my refund wasn't about $75... I would not go through this hassle and just let it go.. I spend a lot of money through QVC ... I honestly think Ii am going to stop shopping here.. HSN has great customer service ...QVC has really let me down!

UPDATE ON RETURNS AND REFUNDS.

Just called customer service to point out a refund I didn't receive for postage and they apologised and gave me the the refund. They are fully aware that they did not refund me, but made it clear it was up to the customer to keep and eye on their accounts.
So in other words QVC will not give you your postage refund unless you spot it and ask for it

I have just seen Supper Shoppers and apparently all companies by law have to refund you all of the postage costs when you return an item to them.
I have been going through my receipts and sometimes QVC did and sometimes they did not give me a full refund and I suspect that some returns were not refunded to me at all.

Its going to take me ages and a lot of looking back to put my case with them for full refunds.

Due to false presentation the product didn't work as presented So I returned it not pleased having to pay to $8.95 to return it but what really made me angry was they even kept the $5.50 I paid to have it sent to me I will no longer shop with them I can shop where their product is better and their customer service is for the customer instead of their pocket,

I have bought a fair bit of stuff from QVC but never returned anything because the cost of returning an item can be pricey. Things have been padded out with inner soles, hems taken up, seams taken in etc as the size is never what you expect it to be. But too small cannot be altered. Therefore when I collected some slippers today - "Medium - 4.5 - 5.5 size". They will go, in original packaging, to a charity shop. They would fit a small size 3.5. Only cost £14 approx so I will recoup very little by returning them. So why waste the time and effort.

You guys do realize when you order something and qvc ships it to you, qvc has to pay the shipping co to deliver your item, ups and USPS don't deliver for free...so if you return your item and if they were to refund your shipping charges they are losing money...someone has to pay the shipping co, I don't see how anyone would think qvc is responsible for that

My family has received three defective tablets. With each return we lost more of our original refund to shipping costs. So, we have paid merely for the privilege of running back and forth to the post office. We have no tablets despite the fact that we didn't merely dislike the products. They did not work. We have not had this experience with any other tablets, companies or home shopping networks. We are intelligent people who know how to use tablets. The fault is theirs. We are considering contacting the attorney general. This is a scam.

I have ordered from QVC for about 6 years. In the beginning, everything was great, good items until you wash them. I was so timid about sending things back, I would usually just donate them or give to someone smaller than me. Then they started raising prices. I ordered things I could count on fitting from certain vendors, not trying anything new. I have yet get anything that fits the same anymore. Even if you buy the same color item in the same size in pants or shirts, they may fit differently. I learned to send things back. I would binge buy, especially if certain hosts were selling the products; then realized they used the same tactics to sell on each show. "Its going fast, I hope they have that in my size, OMG the green is almost gone; last call on so and so. My blood pressure always went up and I felt this strong need to buy when I had not thought about it. I watched the movie Joy about Joy Mangano and it opened my eyes. I stopped buying on a whim, sent back what I could not use or hated, and had second thoughts after putting things in my cart and cancelled. I started getting bully letters and dismissed them. They blocked my e-mail account today when they were having the clearance sales? OMG I missed the deal of the year. I do not know how to do it, but someone needs to set up a blog that lets people know that after so long, they will not like it when you send things back or cancel orders. The idea of trying them in the home was great, but you pay dearly for it, if it does not fit. I sometimes felt my returns were not credited to my credit card because they just did not add up to what QVC indicated they had credited me when it appeared on my account, they rarely matched up. It took no time at all to rack up a big bill. It is as addictive as being a gambler or a drinker and just as hard to stop. Today, they threw cold water on me.

Bought a Serra perfect sleeper mattress from them this year thinking it would be the greatest. WRONG! Not Only did the delivery company not take my old mattress, but they told me they couldn't and threw it on th side of my house wrecking my siding!!!!!!! Then I called to complain and th company told me it would be another week before they could come get the old mattress and bedrame as a convienece. Well I complained some more about how my house was damaged and that part of the qvc shpeal is that they will pick up your old stuff. They came two days later and got only the old mattress. Then after a week of sleeping. On the mattress our body imprints we're sunk in and it wasn't supportive...... we both weigh right under 160lbs...... so then I call and tell qvc of my whole miserable experience and they tell me that they will have be called my the company to pick up th mattress but they won't stop charging me until they have it back st the warehouse. It's been two months of phone tag and they will not schedule a pickup or even call. Don't waste your money or your time. The mattresses are awful quality and the company promise is bullcrap!!

I have only bought a few things from QVC and I've never returned anything but just recently I bought a Vitamix and it's a little tall for my countertop height and I thought about returning it and exchanging it for one that shorter but with all of these bad reviews for QVC I'm leery about doing that or buying anything else from them and I had considered buying a queen size mattress and box springs but I think I'm going to reconsider doing that now and I will be sure to watch my bank statements to make sure they don't take out any more money for my Vitamix than they're supposed to. I purchased the Nutrisystem food packages, several months ago. I would like a refund. I was not happy with the food . In fact I discarded most of it, because of the taste.

Does QVC train their staff in the finance department in how to communicate to customers and get the job done? I've had an ongoing issue for months which shouldn't be so difficult to resolve. But the finance staff called Gerald keeps pro longing it and making things up, so far he has accused me of blocking QVC from my mobile phone?! becos it goes to vm when he calls..but yet I keep calling to get this resolved and he leaves no message or letters. he tells me a box has been sent to me and then weeks later tells me there is no box!! I ordered a tv I waited for months he told me it was delivered to me, then he says a week later it was not! Seriously do your staff know what they are doing?

Is QVC allowed legally to withold a legitimate refund to a customer on an item for weeks and weeks since receiving the item. As they are waiting for a letter (that I have returned ages ago) on a separate different item they need to cancel a refund on?

Do not dare to return what you don't like or cancel an item (even if you spend a lot of money monthly), they have their standards about what is too much to return or cancel. Their fraudulent claim "love it or return it" is totally a line of you know what. They are not to be trusted.

I've ordered from them for years. I've never had any issues with them. I also do tons of research before I buy from them. I've always gotten my refunds minus the shipping as they have stated. They don't refund shipping because they didn't pay for it, I did and if they refunded it, they would lose money. It's a business, they are there to make money not go out of pocket everytime someone changes their mind....

QVC 's 30 day return policy is very deceiving. Their website says return it "within 30 days". Their customer service says they must receive it back within 30 days. Therefore, allowing for mail time you don't get a full 30 days. Who knows how long the P. O. Will take to deliver. Custer service is not very helpful unless you are buying. They should say item must be "post marked" within 30 days. I am very disappointed with QVC right now.

I just found out when I called to check if my return was processed, that QVC is no longer reimbursing for shipping and handling. I spoke with a representative at their customer service and was told that QVC has implemented new rules that the only time a customer is reimbursed is when an item is received damaged, which would be by fault of QVC. How is this legal? We pay the price, tax, and the shipping and handling. It doesn't cost QVC to ship the item to customers. We're paying for the shipping and handling. I understand if I return with their label that provides shipping that it goes without saying that the $6.95 which is usually the cost on their label, should be deducted. BUT! When I return an item I am paying the shipping and insurance and don't expect this amount to be refunded, however.....I do expect to be fully refunded for the charges that I paid for when I purchased the item. What it comes down to is, QVC isn't paying a dime to ship to us for the shipping fees that I paid to return it. So long Q, back on the saddle and finding my way back to HSN.

I guess I will add to the sucker list. I purchased three Kindles. I used easy pay, however I paid the amounts in lump sums. I continued to get bills even though it was paid in full. They then sent the balance to collections, which by my calculations they owe me 2 dollars and some change. I have called and they stated that I can return the items. It is unlikely after reading the posted review that I will receive a refund and I have paid over 600 on the items. You do the math for an item that was only 129.00 X3. Oh well I am shipping them back today, hoping that I will a refund will be received. I too will never order again from QVC.

I am yet another 'ex'- QVC customer. For more than ten years I have spent thousands of pounds with the shopping channel, had 100% payment history and always returned 'un-used' items only, if they were not as described, sized incorrectly/material rubbish or faulty ( which is lots!! ) I also have received 'The Letter' taking away my QVC " shopping privileges" because of 40% returns. SO, what is that all about then, their 'NO QUIBBLE 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE'?? Sorry but that is totally FALSE information..!!

and after us having to pay sometimes triple the postage of what it actually costs, plus the returns postage if we are not 100% totally satisfied. This is the nature of their business, surely it is swings & roundabouts, as more of their customers keep all their items ordered, which must make up for the returns. They are crying that by cancelling these accounts, makes for a better improved QVC...!!! ??? The customers should be the one's complaining, due to the incredibly high p/p charges.

I agree with others about the return policy. QVC totally miss leads people. For gods sake, they screw everyone with that outrageous shipping cost for products that do not cost that much to ship. I was one who received one of those nasty letters as well about the returns and I have literally bought thousands and thousands of products. But at the end of the day, they truly do not cherish their customers at all!! What goes around comes around so I hope QVC will get their day!!!!

Omg...yes...other suckers ...I spend $$$$$ every year...montly...outrageous $$$ love some products...but..like everyone here says...the hosts preach. 30 day return regardless...no one says...certain amount allowed. So ..is any one else willing to do a class action suit...... ? I am sick of QVC preaching that if you are not satisfied with an item you have 30 days to return it, but when you do because the item is too pricey and the item is poor quality or defective or different in person, they close your account due to too many returns.. If the show hosts continue to tell us about this 30 days.. then we have a right as a customer to return as many items that we are NOT satisfied with.. who is QVC to stop us for shopping.. I am returning them to the BBB and the FTC about their incidents.. they should NOT allow these low grade hosts to go on national tv and preach about their 30 day money back guarantee when they do NOT adhere to their standards / policies/ procedures.. QVC is a joke. I have returned many Susan the almight Graver's tops because of the price and the poor quality.. Rc'd letter from QVC months ago about too many returns so I quit buying. Have ordered $148.68 from them since Oct 2012. Got a call from customer service and I explained that anything I returned was never worn or damaged and in sellable condition. Just followed their policy of returns.What they advertised daily on each show is not what it truly is. Got a letter today from GE Capital Bank lowering my balance because of {1}low ratio payments to balance over last 6 months.Payments were always on time,and at one time paid off the full balance. {2} used too much credit in last 6 months. Have not ordered form them since 01/2013 and it was an auto deliver of $31.82.{3} % of times payment greater than amount due over last 12 months.
NOW...I have been a customer when it first began before QVC. I am DONE and believe me QVC will not miss me, but people will know what they say on their show is now their policy.There are other places to shop with BETTER customer service. Shame on QVC and their companies REAL policy.

QVC closed my account for too many returns even though every item I returned was...defective or received in used condition (someone else's previous return). They say they don't send out used ... these used products back. If I want used merch. I will go to yard sales or thrift stores.

... see I purchased a Dell Computer from QVC Sunday before last. I was told the computer will be shipped on the 27th of this month. I received it a week later. Yes I...Dell or QVC. Calling back to QVC the Bundle Pk as you call it was not deliver until 2 week later and ...told a tech would be coming out which after 2 days I received a phone call to say no one will ... call. When I contacted Customer Service ... me giving me the "We credit the original card only!"..I asked her to... bank.
